Today the arrival in the magical region of Cappadocia is expected, the day is dedicated to the Goreme National Park , a Unesco site symbol of Turkey, where we can explore the ancient rock churches, monasteries and dwellings carved into the rock all dating back to the Byzantine era. A real open-air museum!

A magical flight awaits us in balloon in the best place in the world to do it! For those who want to have this optional experience, a wake-up call awaits us at dawn. We will fly over the Göreme valley and return to the hotel in the morning. You wouldn't think so, but the day has just begun! We head towards the cave village of Herself . Then we leave for the Ihlara valley, a gorge that offers a unique landscape, with numerous churches carved into the rock walls. Next, we explore the underground city of Özkonak , originally designed to protect the inhabitants from invaders, characterized by an intricate labyrinth of tunnels, churches and dwellings that extend over eight levels, up to a depth of 43 meters.

It's time to leave Cappadocia, we hit the road in the direction of Istanbul . First stop in Lake Tuz , one of the largest salt lakes in the world, where we will be able to take a 'lunar' walk on the dehydrated surface. Before arriving in Istanbul, a stop awaits us in Eskisehir for the night.

We start our adventure in the city by immersing ourselves in the historic heart of the city. We head towards Sultanahmet , the oldest and most charming district of Istanbul. Here we visit the magnificent Hagia Sophia , a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture. After that, we take a short walk to the spectacular Blue Mosque , known for its impressive interiors decorated with blue ceramic tiles. We continue our day by exploring the majestic Palazzo Topkapi , the former residence of the Ottoman sultans. We end the day with a walk along the suggestive Bosporus and enjoy a sunset over the sea.

Today we let ourselves be surprised by the hidden treasures of the city. We start our day with a visit to the Basilica Cistern , a huge underground cistern with marble columns and an evocative atmosphere. We continue with a tour of the district of Babu , known for its colorful Ottoman buildings, narrow streets, and unique local vibes. We then move on to the lively district of Beyoglu , known for its streets full of shops, trendy cafes and art galleries. We head towards the Galata Tower to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
